Caruso Rollers

LUV THEM!:lick: They are great and they don't damage my hair, also they are easy and quick. I would reccomend them to everyone, wayyyy better than a curling iron and far as being healthy.

i'm glad you started this - i'm so confused and intrigued by these rollers. they seem magical! you put them on dry, relaxed hair and 30 minutes later, you have something that looks straight out of a salon AND that helps the condition of your hair by adding moisture?

I'm looking forward to hearing more testimonials because these are on my list of things to buy in 08!

You don't even have to leave them on for that long...I put mine in and in about 5-10 minutes, my curls are bangin'! I would reccomend these to every woman I know.

I can't live without my caruso!

Thanks for this thread OP. To the caruso users, have you ever used them after a dominican blow out? I'm wondering if the steam would cause my roots to revert? I'm thinking of buying a set to take to work with me the day of my holiday party.

I agree. I really don't need to leave then in long at all.

I love my Carusos.

I agree also... I bought the travel size one and take it on vacation with me... I put them in, take a shower, put my face on:lachen:, and by then I take the rollers out and BAM... I am good to go....

I LOVE IT.... Best bought item I have...

You will not regret buying this....

Okay, these rollers still sound magical (sorry, I just don't understand the physical properties these rollers have that make them do this stuff) but I'm sold - I'll be buying them at the start of the new year, once I get my money right.

One question - does your hair have to be STRAIGHT to use them or can I just pop them in my hair after a wash 'n go?

Thanks!!! I'm gonna check out prices on amazon.com and see what I can find.

I think it depends on the style you want.

I personally don't like to use them that way, but I think some do (Isis comes to mind). I use my setter on my hair once it is straight. I can use it to maintain curls that have fallen and mid week styling when my hair tends to lose body.

I love them dearly!! I normally use them after a flat iron and I need some body added to my hair. I used them last week instead of rollersetting least week and wrapped up my hair after taking out the rollers. When I took down the wrap my hair was gorgeous! The "bump" on the ends lasted for days and I experienced NO breakage!
