Anyone tried it. Especially 3c 4a or 4b hair. Is it worth using on natural hair or not? I bought one when I was relaxed but BC before using it. I need to know if it is worth using on natural hair. I do not want to open and use it to try it if t is not worth it as I would like to pass it on to someone else if t will not work on my natural tresses

take it back to the store and get your money back (or exchange it for something that you can actually use)

its hard enough to get decent traditional roller sets with natural hair, not to talk of carusos

HEY! As a result of a search for threads on Caruso + natural hair, I found this thread.

I'm bumping b/c I'd like to know if any naturals have used or do use Caruso curlers. I'm thinking about buying these and I'm 100% natural.

Thanks

They work. It just depends on your hair and the style that you want. For me, it just gives me slightly stretched out hair unless I flat iron first. I also have to leave them in for a long time. Maybe 40 minutes or so otherwise they don't really set.

It gives me really BIG wild hair. It does NOT look like a regular rollerset. I can get a sleek boring look with just a regular rollerset and my unflatironed hair no problem.

I used them years ago with results that I didn't like so I took them back.

I've really been thinking about re-visiting them because of Leobody on youtube and now I better know what I'm doing with natural hair (it's been about 3 years at least since I've used them). Most likely you hair will be big and poofy so just don't expect a sleek silky look. Leobody does them on flat ironed hair but I plan on trying something different.
