Well I'm officially on board. I just made my first glass tonight. I am absolutely shocked at how delicious it is. I expected it to be nasty, but I love it. I mixed it with about 1/4 cup of white grape juice. I don't mind if it helps my hair or not because I just know that this CJ is a good thing for my body and overall health.
 
I fell off the wagon. Anyone else have results with this challenge?
