Such a mystery! It's beautiful. I think the top front looks 3c and the middle, where you parted, is definitely 4a. The nape could go either way, imo.

type 3c. your hair is pretty. i could never get my hair that flat and smooth when i was transitioning so i had to wear it out all the time. ♥

Just seeing your response but thanks! Your hair is grogeous! Congrats on your BC. I'm trying to hold out and not chop for a while. I'm 9 months post. I want to transition atleast until next June which would put me at 2 years post. I keep getting the itch to BC every now and then, so my sew in as my PS is really helping me fight the urge.

i think 4a... i cant go off of the part that was slicked with a scarf cause that alters your true pattern. also, like others have said, we cant tell for sure until all the relaxed hair is gone.
