Nope no tingling from the mtg alone. But I feel the tingling when I apply my mtg mixed with surge and peppermint oil, but I think it is mainly the peppermint oil. Nonetheless my hair has grown and I'm pleased. I have no idea how many inches but there is a definite difference.

Yep, sounds like you're looking for the peppermint oil tingle, I add it to everything, especially after a wash, you can really feel it...
