Sebastian colorshines and a protein conditioner?

I need both and i don't want to do a million and one steps!

[/ QUOTE ]
Since Sebastian Colourshines is kind of a 'protective barrier', I wouldn't mix it with a protein treatment. I always use lots and lots of moisturizing conditioner after I do a Colourshine.

Okay I won't do it then, thanks Allandra!

From what Ive heard, many rinses already have some protein in them. Tracy recommended that I do a really good deep moisturizing condit prior to using a rinse, which helps to seal in the moisture from the condit. HTH.
