Can Hair Weave Stop a Bullet?

After reading about it here, I saw this on the news last night.
She was showing where in the weave they found the bullet.
I must say it seemed quite amazing. Must have grazed passed her head instead of being directed straight down toward her scull...if that makes sense. I can't beleive it got lodged in there though.
Man, she is really blessed!
