Calling Progress Pics: Strictly for the Ayurvedic Users

This post is to enhance my motivation. I will be using a strict ayurvedic regimen, and I'd like to see some inspiration. So, all my ayurvedic ladies (even the ones that don't normally put up their pics), please post before and after progress pics. Thanks so much.

go to "advance post", then there is like this icon that has a paper clip, click on that and then upload the pic from your computer. Thats how i do it, or you can use the url part (that's two of many ways to upload a pic). I normally use the upload from computer option. HTH.
