Ha, I know that I will be spending lots of time in here and I want and need motivation and support from my brides and brides to be on a bootcamp!!!

Anyone interested, I will copy something from somewhere else as for rules....

Whatchu wanna do??

THE RULES:
MAKE THEM WORK FOR YOUR LIFESTYLE


#1 DRINK A MINIMUM OF 48-64 OUNCES WATER PER DAY (no one may omit this golden rule)

#2 LATE NITE SNACKING: must be raw fruits & veggies, water, and ZERO calorie drinks ONLY (no modification possible except for medical reasons)

#3 ABSOLUTELY NO SWEETS except on weekends (weekends= you may have 1-2 treats of your choice) **AIM FOR 1

#4 NO "MEALS" PAST 3-4 hours before bed (not to be confused with LATE NITE SNACK RULE)

#5 YOU MUST EAT YOUR "LARGEST" MEAL BY 7PM (attempt to burn off calories b4 bed)

#6 TRY to MINIMIZE WHITE BREAD, WHITE SUGAR, WHITE RICE & FATS (as much as possible)

#7 LOW or NO CALORIE containing BEVERAGES!!!!!! (never drink your calories until your goal range is met)

#8 ANY HIGH IMPACT CARDIO ACTIVITY for 30min. MINIMUM per day<<<(4-5 DAYS per week) jump rope is great! JUST get up and move more!!!!

hey ladies....THE BIGGEST THING I'VE FOUND TO CURVE MY CRAVINGS/APPETITE (NATURALLY) HAS BEEN LEMON WATER! NATURALLY SQUEEZED LEMONS (1/2) PER 8-10 OUNCES

or use whatever u have if you can't access fresh lemons.... also

Ladies, I have been a total slacker and I started all this!!!! How about I found my dress today and its not so happy with my figure!!!! I am going in and going hard!!!!

I am spending the weekend reflecting on what I will do and how to make my goals a reality!!!! Monday for me its do or die!!!!

Lets get it in ladies!!!!!

I have been working on my plan for my weightloss, hair growth and skin perfection for my wedding!!!

So far, I am planning on a goal of about 3 pounds a week ( I know to some that is not the healthiest, but its my goal)

I am starting on Monday, March 21 (190 lbs)
Monday, March 28th weigh in s/b (187 lbs)
Monday, April 4th weigh in s/b (184 lbs)
Monday, April 11th weigh in s/b (181 lbs)
Monday, April 18th weigh in s/b (178 lbs)
Monday, April 25th weigh in s/b (175 lbs)
Monday, May 2nd weigh in s/b (172 lbs)
Monday, May 9th weigh in s/b (169 lbs)
Monday, May 16th weigh in s/b (167 lbs)

Eating:

B - 7:00am
S- 10:00am
L- 1:00pm
S- 4:00pm

I am planning on staying with a range of 1200 - 1350 calories a day.

I have been stock piling lists of random 1200 calorie meals and plan to leave some room for error! I am going to try and prepare my meals on Sunday evenings for the week and take a break on Saturday to eat what I want, in moderation (eating on a salad plate helps me with portion control). To help with the water requirement, I am going to take a 64 oz water pitcher to work fill it with water and drink it thru out the day.

After listening to Dr. Oz on Good Morning America, I am planning on getting a quick work out in at 6:30 in the morning before work and breakfast and then a 30 minute walk before lunch on the weekdays, I am going to 'try' to get a Jillian Micheal's workout in once or twice a week.
 
My Hair:

I want more hair for my wedding!!! I am planning on being in a sew in until mid July (of course I would have had 2 by then).

Daily: I use nu gro spray on my braids
nightly: I use my sulfur mix

wash/DC: Wednesday and Sunday with any shampoo and conditioner on hand (I am using them all up)

Taking a multi vitamin, fish oil, flax seed oil and MSM daily, I also drink a glass of carrot juice.
 
I am at 125 and not trying to loose any weight. Just hitting the gym hard to tone up. And making sure I am eating right and drinking enough water to clear my face and skin.
 
Hi there! So since I had a weekend full of sick people in my house, I decided to start today! So for breakfast, I'm eating 2 pieces of whole grain wheat toast(i'm not very hungry today) and for a snack I'm eating a 100 calorie nabisco snack. For lunch I'm eating street tacos from taco cabana (only 290 calories for all 3). My calorie intake is 1200 calories a day. Not sure what I'm going to eat for dinner, but its going to be low in calories.
 
I need to start this as well. My wedding is October 31, 2011. I need to lose about 20 pounds....

I don't know my goal. I will be back...but I will be joining...
 
I am not doing well, I need to get a move on. I started a new job and nothing in my closet fits!!! I have been piecing together outfits and I look terrible!!!! Another day another chance!!!

I made a spinach, walnut and strawberry salad last night, I hope I like it so that i can become a staple!! We shall see.

I didnt make my goal, actually, I am back to where I started. I am disappointed but today is a new day to do new things.

This morning, I had a 100 calorie bagel with 1tbs of cream cheese and a glass of 2% milk.

I am going to get to my goal, my momma keeps announcing that I am getting married and need to lose weight to fit into my dress...lol...motivation I tell you!!!
 
I'll cheer you guys on. The only thing I'm doing is taking dance classes three times a week (2 days beg ballet and 1 day of salsa at 1 1/2 hours each ) and I'm going to eat what I want bawhawhawhaw! We'll see what happens because I really eat pretty decently. BUT rules...my brain just can't take them. So I figure if I get to moving it'll help some. Good luck to all of you. I will definitely subscribe.
 
So I dont see the results I want, well I really havent been doing all that I should. I decided to get the Hcgs....I am going to gorge this Friday and Saturday and hope to have 20 pounds off in three weeks....

That looks bad in print, but I gotta do what I gotta do, I need the motivation!!!

SunySydeofLyfe I hear you. I wish i could lose 20 lbs in a month. I really need to lose 30 though :sad:
 
I have been doing ok. Since I have been drinking Shakeology every morning I do not have my craving as much anymore for sweets and carbs. I still have 27 lb to go to get to my ultimate goal. :grin:
