BRH\'s stylist Marcia of Elin Levar Salon....

It is so funny the signs one gets. I was on my way to yoga this morning and Elin Lavar(the salon owner) was on my local radio station. My appt is tomorow... anyway, here were her tips.

Mild chemicals aren't safer for the hair they just take longer to work

When doing braids use human hair. Synthetic hair can cause an allergic reaction leading to hair loss. Also, wash the human hair before using.

That is all I heard...but it was so funny that my appt is tomorow and she pops up on morning radio today...

Those are great tips.

I heard Elin on the radio last week also. I think she is a frequent guest of the show. That is good because she gives good advice.

I know you will enjoy your hair appt with Marcia. I just had my hair done by her last Satuday. She did a great job.

When I called the salon last saturday, Marcia told me that they were videotaping... i was thinking, dang, now I'm gonna see the salon on tv and the prices are going to skyrocket...LOL.
