Is there really such a thing called "stress spot"
..Does anyone have this problem?? I currently have braids in I dont know if its a good thing or bad thing. Any advice on how to baby my broken off pieces?????![]()
I had a bit of a problem with this earlier in the year. I just started paying extra attention to the area with my conditioners and moisturizers. I also used BT and Vatika Oil there every day. Castor oil helped also. Now, problem solved. I still keep an eye on that area, though.
I have that problem going on now where do i find vatika oil?
Now, I 'baby' that area by putting extra product there and being extra careful not to over manipulate that area. When I deep condition, I always put extra conditioner in my crown. Or when I put in my leave-ins, I always put extra in my crown. Also, I minimize wearing certain hairstyles that will cause too much tension on the crown. My crown is now thriving and catching up to the rest of my hair.
Same here for me - my hair starting from the crown to the back has more texture than other areas and is drier. So now I apply the most DC and moisturizer there to compensate. Also be extra gentle when detangling that section and always wear your scarf or bonnet to bed.I had this issue a long time ago and now I realize that it's because my crown is the driest and most textured area (4b). Whereas, the other areas are 4a. Yet, I neglected that area the most. I now give it waay more attention and moisture and it's doing great.
I have this same problem. This area seems to grow the fastest and break the fastest. I washed my hair today and I had the most breaking and shedding coming from this area. I already use castor oil and jojoba oil, so I will try to focuss on this area more and make sure that I massage it daily.

Do a google search for indian grocery stores in your city(u should find the addresses by doing this). If you cant find any locally(so u can save shipping costs), you can order it online. I know u can get it from amazon.
