I decided to buy a satin sleep cap so I can alternate between it and wrapping my hair every night. My mother told me that the elastic in hers rubbed her hairline--which caused breakage, so she began it flip it up--over on itself or turn the cap inside out.
Anyone else have this problem? How did you rectify it?

Yes thge cap did the same to me. I caught it really quick (within 2 weeks). I solved it by throwing the cap out and back came the hairline.

I turned mine in side out until I bought a satin scarf.

I just make it so that it's not touching my hairline. It's more on my forehead and covers my ears.
