BRAID/TWIST REGIMENS '08

For those of you that are long term
braid/twist wearers and have been
successful at growing healthy hair
... what's your regimen?

I don't do much. My whole point of being in braids is to keep it simple and I do just that.
Wash 2-4x/month. Slap on conditioner for 5 min...rinse it out. Then spray it everyday or every other day. That's it!
