Ok, ladies. I am geting some simple cornrows for a family trip to Florida. Any suggesions, tips on preventing damage to my hair from the extensions? I only plan to keep them for 2 wks.
I'm so paranoid. Last time, I had some breakage but I think it was the fact I didn't take good care of them ( was spritzing them daily with infusium mixture... PROTEIN!!!), I was 15 wks into a stretch and I kept them too long. My hair is doing quite well now and I do not want a setback!!!!

My only suggestion is just don't let them pull your edges too tight. If any single row feels tight, let the braider know right away so she can adjust, don't wait til she gets to the end of the row.

The infusium mix is fine. I use it daily when I have braids. but you also need a moisture spray like African Royale braid spray or Jamaican Coconut & Lime braid spray.

Don't use African Pride...it's crap.
