Bra Strap by December?

Do you think it's possible for me to make Bra strap length by December? What is the length called that is just past bra strap?

It looks as if you may be BSL even sooner than December. Normally when your hair passes BSL the next thing is MBL however some folks BSL is MBL!

ITA you should be BSL before december, provided no set backs. MBL is tricky, what I use as MBL is halfway between bottom brastrap and waist. Its different on everyone, I guess you gotta "feel" it. If your confidant go ahead and claim it!
