Bought Karishma Henna. Now what?

Hey Ladies!

I bought some Karishma henna in the green bag. I ordered it from the UK and it came today with no instructions. I read on the board that this is the best henna but I don't have a clue on how to put this in my hair. :scratchch I add water? Oil?erplexed

Any help would be GREATLY appreciated.
