if you're natural, it wont do much but make your hair a lil easier to comb, that's about it. why waste 20 somethin a month or whatever freqency just for manageability? get some yogurt or somethin. btw, its not all natural. i dont think anyway, cause after while it gave my hair that permed-brown color
