I was at the beauty parlor today and saw a jar which said 'ling gel.' I didn't see the whole jar but decided to confront my stylist. I told her 'surely, you are not using Thug products on your customers are you?" Fortunately, she turned the jar around and it said 'styling gel.' I liked her response when I told her that I was going to talk about her for using that product. She said that she needs to be talked about if she uses a product called "Bling Bling."

The whole thing was kind of funny, but I was nervous there for a moment. /images/graemlins/grin.gif

Now you know you wanted your hair to "Bling." /images/graemlins/wink.gif
I am dreading the day when I see those products hit store shelves in my area.

I've seen those products in the beauty supply. They had "Thug Oil" "Bling Bling Sheen" "Dime Piece Hair Grease"

It was actually kind of disturbing.

But I guess if there's a market for it then they should be able to make a profit too seeing how this is America and all, but the message.

They have an entire line, it's called "Big Baller$ Hair Products"

But for all you PJ's if you go to their website and send them a dollar, you can get some free products.

I just find the whole concept bothersome. I'll stick with Revlon.

If I have to use a thug dictionary to buy a hair product, then I definitely don't want it. I just recently found out what "bling bling" means.

You're right. There is a market for it, and that's what's really unfortunate. I'm a real PJ, but I'll pass on this stuff. /images/graemlins/look.gif

Even if it was the last product line on earth to try I'll stick with remaining a hot mess.
