I've heard great things about BKT, but from what I've seen it looks like it makes the hair flat. Has anyone experienced this? Or, can you still have volume with BKT?

I still have plenty of volume.. the hair is only flat when you first apply the treatment and seal it in.. because it needs to be flat ironed straight.. but after that process... I have tons volume and shine.
It probably also depends on technique and the way people like to style their hair.
