Because I don't feel like making two threads
For Valentine's day I straightened my 4 a/b natural hair. I cleansed, dc'd, pony set and let it air dry first. I used Identity's "The Whip" hair moisturizing cream and Sabino Moisture Block to flat iron.
Then on this past Friday I bought two big balls of yarn and decided to these yarn braids yall have been raving about. It took FOREVER only b/c I had to keep stopping to do mommy stuff and go to work. But I finished today. I used the three strand method. I prepped by conditioning with Aphogee 2-minute and moisturizing with some shea butter and conditioner mix I had in my closet. I haven't burned the ends yet. I just put them in hot water...don't know if that's enough though.
