Best types of Rollers for rollerset?

Which is the safest to use on relaxed hair?

I currently have big plastic type like they use in the salon but it has a plastic cover that I snap over the hair to hold it in place, I'm worried its damaging my hair.

Should I get sponge roller or satin covered roller instead?

No don't use sponge roller or stain rollers on a wet set. They will dry the hair out. The best rollers I have found are the ones that you are using with or without the snap. I use the metal clips with my set.

Thanks, you know its wierd how you can doubt something you've done for years when you're around people who also know a lot hair. I need reassurance from you ladies every now and then.
