Best Shower Filter?

Hi all. I am new here and have already learned so much. Thank you Lovely Ladies.

Through the forum I have discovered that the water quality may be ruining my hair and skin efforts. It always leaves a sticky residue behind and I've had problems with dermatitis/dry skin often.

What is a high quality shower/water filter to buy? I don't want to just choose any ole' one

Lowe's sells a handheld shower filter that has worked very well for me. I think you can buy a filtered shower head as well. Sorry I forget the brand but they're located in plumbing with the water filtration stuff. HTH

I have a filter and softener combo called the WaterStick. I love it!

I'm using a Sprite ARS5-CT Royale and it works well enough. I haven't been without a filter since 2005 and this is one of the nicer ones I've used.
