I was wondering what is a really good multi- with all of the necessary vits/minerals, etc?

source naturals and life extension make excellent multivitamins. dont go near centrum or any cheap drugstore vitamins please! they are cheap for a reason. Now Foods are good too.

Solgar VM-75 multi-vits were great and you only need to take one a day. They gave me plenty of energy throughout the day.

I take Centrum. I seem to be absorbing it fine. I would stay away from generics.
