Ultra Black Hair Conditioner is MY Best.
Sit up under the hair steamer for 30mins.
It has protein to strengthen/oils to lubricate and stimulates to help with growth.
This is the first conditioner that finally addresses African-American hair care needs. (My hair anyways(IMHO)

These have already been listed but I'd like to ditto them:

Reconstructing:
Motions - Silk Protein Conditioner

Deep Moisturizing:
Motions - Moisture Plus Conditioner

In-Shower Conditioning:

Pandora said: "i just realised that in this thread almost everybody mentioned a MOTIONS product!!"

That's true!

Motions Silk Protein Conditioner (I add peppermint oil)
the VO5s
Garnier Fructis Fortified Dry/Damaged Hair
Knock-off Sally's Paul Mitchell T-Tree Oil Stimulating Conditioner. (this is the bomb!) I like conditioners that tingle, particularly deep conditioners.

I didn't know that Surge was considered a "conditioner", I just thought it was some sort of growth treatment.....duh!
Meanwhile it is definetly good for my hair! I've been surging since last Monday and my hair is making some changes.

I noticed the Pantene SnS mentioned, I'm intrigued...../images/graemlins/scratchchin.gif
