Best Biotin brands that promote hair growth

Hi!

So i've been taking Puritan's Pride super biotin 5000mcg for quite some time now, and its been great, however I am starting to notice that the growth I used to get has slowed a little.

I know that biotin requires manipulation to keep working, so I think its time to try a new brand! Any recommendations?

I USE PP TOO BUT WHEN I THINK ITS NOT WORKING LIKE IT USE TO I STOP FOR A FEW WEEK AND THEN START BACK UP THAT SEEM TO WORK FOR MEWISH I KNEW ANOTHER KIND OF BIOTIN ALSOSORRY

Im not sure I use GNC's biotin, I dont know if I used it consistently enough to noticce a change but I am starting back up on my vitamins and I will be posting pics in my fotki at least every 2 months (after a relaxer)

Freeda has the BEST biotin. It dissolves really fast, almost before you can swallow it. It's a tad pricey, but sooo worth it.
