Biotin and Hair Growth

I have not notice any extra growth from my biotin, I am taking 4800mcg, daily, some times just 2400mcg, but nothing really, any help?
 
I'm taking 4mg now I was taking 2mg just 2 weeks ago.

I ordered the pp biotin to see if theres a difference in the brands. The on I have is from walmart
