Bangs/no bangs

It's been a long time since I had bangs. I don't think I look right unless I have my hair covering my face. I like to use my hair to cover my crazy eye. I was thinking of getting some again but I think I will just keep them the length they are now. How many of you have bangs?

i just had bangs cut but they grew back pretty fast. i get bangs cut often but i like the a litle longer now so that i can sweep them to the side.

I like how I look with bangs, in fact I prefer it but I also noticed my bangs are the 1st thing to get damaged & break... so I avoid wearing them now

Yep I've got bangs too, and I love those babies in my face sometimes. Very sexy, lol... I've got my hair all out and bumped under with bangs down and sorta side swept, my bangs are pretty long though, down to my nose... I prefer long bangs to short ones.

A bang ( i find that really funny - in the UK we call it a fringe) really suits me but i find my face gets extra hot and i end up getting spots on my forehead.

Same here. I just don't feel right unless I pin it all back so I guess there's no point for me. I do want bangs though.......I just can't stand the hair in my face.

I love long swoop bangs. My bangs are long enough that I can wear them or not. When I want to add a different look to my protective style I will do a swoop bang.

I used to have bangs. It took FOREVER to grow them out. I don't think I'll ever have them again. After the b/c, they reached the tip of my nose. They seem to grow slower than the rest of my hair. I remember them driving me crazy and I was waiting desperately for them to get long enough to at least tuck behind my ears. No, I think I'll pass on revisiting that experience. But I do have to say, they can look really nice, especially side swept. I should have them with my long face, but having hair on my face drives me crazy.

i always have my hair in my face too, so wearing it curly always makes me nervous cause my forehead feels extra big - lol

but the products i use make me break out so i know they are bad, so instead of bangs i just have sideswept layers from where they grew out after i cut them last summer. my last sew-in made me nostalgic though...so if i get another one i will have them again.

on my 1/2 natural 1/2 relaxed hair...
it would look a hot mess
I like really long ones... in the winter...
I live in the south... it's too hot for ALL-O-THAT.

I've worn 'em my whole life. I like the long side swept look but that get's really annoying when they won't stay there on the side! If anyone has tips that'd be in the great.

I'm thinking about doing longer side swept bangs this summer. They soften my features and hide my big forehead.

I was told when you are trying to grow your hair you should never have a bang because cutting your hair for a bang stop the growth of the rest of your hair! I am just repeating what I heard!

I cut some bangs a few months ago, and I hated them. I cut them too short, they are now longer, about to my mouth and I actually like the length now. I would recommend to gradually cut/trim your bangs because you can always go shorter, but getting the length back takes time.
