TRANSITION OVER! 11-22-14
I was thinking about BCing early, but I really don't have alot of NG. I also got a headband that hides most of the strait pieces in my wash n go, so thats gonna be my new style til my hair grows long enouch to fit in my UPA clip. My nape is still too short to pull it off.:ohwell: My fake bun is a lil raggedy, so I really don't want to use it anymore. My nape area is completely natural, while the rest of my hair is texlaxed. I think my headband can hide the strait pieces, so now I can get away with wearing my wash n gos. I'm gonna update my fotki this weekend. It will show you what my hair looks like. I'd appreciate any suggestions you can give me. I am trying my hardest to be a successful transitioner.

Since you found a hairstyle that works for you stick with it. When your hair gets longer you can always try new styles. If you're consistent with your regimen it will pay off in the long run. Good Luck! :)

I agree even though its difficult stick with what works!!!Good Luck:)

I agree w/sticking to what works and also just leaving it alone and keeping it simple helps to. I'm glad your not BCing just yet because it seems to be keeping you from making it to that ponytail goal.

Thanks for the encouragement. I've been struggling with being relaxed or natural for a long time. I also have a hubby who wants me with long hair and I'm being pressed to stay relaxed.:ohwell: I got tired reading the transition support thread. It seems geared towards those with longer hair than I've got, so I really couldn't relate to it. I think if I make it to 4 months, I've gotta have enough growth for my UPA clip. Hopefully things will easier then.

I am glad you found a style to help you with the transition. Hang in there, you will be there before you know it.:)
