TRANSITION OVER! 11-22-14
I thought I was gonna break the blow dryer comb. My hair is lighlty texlaxed and it was not having it. I finally gave up and rewet my curls. There is no way I'm doing my relaxer in a few months. My hair is not cooperating. Right now, I am able to wash n go. I have yet to try flat ironing because my hair is still short in the nape. My hair still looks natural with the exclusion of shrinkage and a lil more straitness in the nape. There is no way I will be getting a strait style for now. I wonder if I have to get a ceramic blowdryer.

Have you ever tried using a brush to blow dry your hair? My sister-in-law did my hair yesterday (wash/blow dry and curl). She used a Denman brush with the blow dryer. After using the blow dryer and brush, my hair was so nice and straight. Afterwards, she curled my ends.

I agree with using the Denman brush. I just purchased a D4 and used it to blow dry my hair. My hair was so silky and smooth. I did not need to flat iron, like Allandra I only needed to curl the ends.

I second the use of a brush however be careful with a denman. Those plastic teeth can rip your hair. Usually when I do decide to blowdry my hair straight which is not more often than once a year I use a paddle brush with those little beads at the end of the brush. It doesn't rip my hair like a denman does.

Please give me some tips. I have a denman and my trusted boar bristle brush. My hair has resisted everything I've tried to do with trying to get it strait. I knew the experts here would come up with something!:D

Maybe it didn't work because my hair is short. :ohwell: I find everything more harder to do because of this. I also have been unable to flat iron my hair. I guess I'll have to wait a few more months and try it then.
