B6 100mg that aren\'t gelcaps...please help
I feel like an idiot over here y'all. i've been staying away from consuming animal byproducts and all that stuff, then i'm sitting here and it hits me that my damn B6 supplement that i've been taking the last few months is a gelcap = gelatin = animal by product and i'm so upset with myself. are there any supplements that arent gelcaps???
