I have to say, I don't think I commented on her on you tube or here in the threads about her or how she makes it do what it do. i WILL say that her hair is pretty and i LOVE her personality.

Cool response...I dont know if i read the thread about the relaxer in the hair.....I saw one styling video of hers, and that one, and her hair looks longer to me from what i remember.

ITA. That's one of the reasons I stayed out of it. Bottom line, her hair looks good. She's pretty. For better or worse, she's not doing anything to her hair that I too have not done and my hair was still long and healthy no matter what I did to it.

I love the way she handled the entire situation.

but I didn't read most of the thread, but I thought the problem was the excessive heat that could deter folks from hair growth not overlapping the relaxer being the issue

Its whenever the mood of a thread gets disrupted. Like this one everyones probally going to give her high 5's for handling things well ect. ect., but if one person said "i dont think she handled it that well"....probally be like they said the sky was green....
Bet the other thread had some people trying to be nice, and some trying to analyze so it didnt work out too good.

I understand both sides. I think a lot of people from LHCF were voicing concern cause overlapping perm/pulling through is a huge no no for healthy hair. But on the other hand Ateyaa's hair is gorgeous and she's found something that works for her. So it is all good. I mean in the end, its just hair. I'll keep watching her videos. I like her personality.

I think she handled it well

BUT at the same time I think she should but some type of warning about constant heat and lack of moisture in a hair regimen. I see people have made response videos saying that they did what she did and their hair is great. She uses protein so many people who have perms will benefit because they may not be using protein.

I think someone did make a personal attack about why people like her since all she wears are wigs. I remember that being said. That seems personal to me. Also something else about the wig having swang and not her real hair.

But anyway, her hair is gorgeous and I think her vid was classy.

Ladies, the personal attacks and drama have to stop. If it keeps up dont be suprised if you wont be allowed to post youtubes unless their your own.
