Sorry, you are late. I have tried it. It worked better for me than shampoo. It is not as stripping. But I also tried Hair One Olive Oil and I like it better.

Love this stuff. I oil my scalp most days, and i use heavy creamy moisturizers. The coconut cowash gets my hair and scalp very clean, and my hair remains moist. Not enough slip for me to not DC afterwards, or at least use my favorite conditioner. But it does what it claims ( clean without striping). I have natural 4b hair btw.
I still use shampoo every other week, but i am slowly revamping my regimen to get rid of it.

Didn't like it. Trader Joe's Nourish Spa is a much better cowash for my hair, but you may like it.

I love it! I find it very moisturizing. In fact, the other day, I accidentally did a protein deep with AO GPB when I wasn't ready for protein, my hair was snapping until I washed my hair with this.
