Another vote for Organic Root Stimulator. There was a time when their lotions and creams didn't Have mineral oil, the mayo and replenishing conditioner had a different formula. Then they slowly changed everything to formulas that my hair does not love, oh well!

I feel that way about Aubrey Organics. I was stacked on that stuff. Had loads and loads of it in my bathroom closet but after awhile of using that shampoo I just didn't like it anymore. I found it to be too stripping. I think my problem was I hopped on the natural, cone free, sulfate free products bandwagon vs just listening to my hair.

I'm an avid Phyto hair products fan but have slowed from using it as much because it's so dang expensive. A small bottle of shampoo is like $30.00. Then there is the conditioner then leave in..........sheesh.

I'm still in love with Lady Fior Olive Oil hair line, Nexxus Humectress hair line, Star Lacio Lacio hair line, Crece Pelo hair line, Silicon Mix, Miss Key and Macadamia Hair products.

Carols Daughter - They were all that in the 1990s, but they changed, a lot.
Paul Mitchell - They were great when I heat styled my hair until early 2002
Redken - Another good one that only works for me when heat styling.
Aussie - Loved it early on my HHJ (early 2000s) but I got sick of it.

timely thread "bump"

i raved and raved about herbal essences, vo5 moisture milks, etc. but now that my hair is longer and my hair practices have changed for the better, i find it does nothing for my hair.

since i don't apply condish daily anymore and the routine has gotten better, i think i will be using the gvp conditioning balm a lot more. the only reason i think i stopped was the price vs. my usage... prob will get it down to 3 products soon...just need a "wash" item...

aussie moist ... loved it as a relaxed head.
recently found about 3 unopened bottles of the 3 min miracle and 2 family size of the regular conditioner. It wasnt terrible when i tried them again, but it didnt have my eyes rolling up into my head like they did when I was relaxed.

My parents doggy is the new proud owner of them now ... he likes them lol

Man, I see a lot of us are pissed at ORS:lol:. I needed a chelating shampoo this morning but I refused to buy their creamy aloe. Another line I'm boycotting is CHI, when they changed the Silk Infusion ingredients, it threw off my whole hair regimen.:whip:

Qhemet Biologics. Not that the products stopped working, I just got tired of the hassle dealing with this vendor allllways being on hiatus.

I went back to using readily available store brands. My hair is not as fickle as it used to be anyway.

Orangic Roots Stimulator and Bee Mine. Both lines I thought I loved but really the products don't work for me anymore.

Miss Jessie's Baby butter cream. That stuff worked miracles when I had first big chopped. Had my curls popping all over the place. So last year i ordered the free samples to give it another go, did absolutely nothing for me but make my hair smell nice.
