Is this used as a pre shampoo treatment, or after shampoo "sit-under-dry" treatment...just purchased and from reading the directions, it sounds like it is a
pre treatment(?)

awww that picture of celia really made me sad. i wish i would have seen more than a blurb on the news about her passing. i had to go to telemundo for more coverage.

Sorry azul...I didn't want to make you sad. It's just that Celia didn't want people to get sad when she passed. I'm trying to celebrate all that she accomplished. I never knew that she had more than 70 albums under her belt. There's this song that I like and that I'm always dancing to and I didn't realize that it was her song until she passed. She was a true diva and I love the way she put "morenas" on the map (IMO anyway).
