1.) So how long did it take you to...Move from SL to APL (I know this is sad, but 17 or 18 months...but I went from think neck/shoulder length to full APL in that time.)
2.) And what products and/or techniques would you most attribute this growth to? Rollersetting is something I've always done. But when I stopped getting the length blown on and only blew out the roots, I started retaining my length.
3.) What was the hardest thing you had to overcome while reaching APL (For example; breakage, shedding, layers...split-ends...)? Breakage in the middle (which always has to be trimmed). My hair is very fine and the middle section is often very week. I wore my hair up for at least half of 2006 and I think that helped.
4.) If you had to overcome something, tell us how you dealt with it? The breakage in the middle really stopped when I got rid of all of the no-lye ends. Then my hair was much stronger and I haven't had that breakage issue.
