aphogee/hair cutting

how often is it safe to use aphogee? i used it once and moisterized afterward. it did my hair a world of good. but i still need more correction. should i wait six weeks to use it again or can i use it sooner?


Also, is it true that when your hair has tons of breakage and the strands are all different lengths, that the hair grows out faster if you cut it so that your strands are all one length? i heard that somewhere, but i also know that many of you ladies do not feel it is a good idea to cut/trim?

You can use it again in 4 weeks but no sooner that that. Try to give yourself at least one deep conditioning treatment a week and easy on the hair products b/c I find the more stuff I use, the more it weighs my hair down, the more it breaks/sheds.

About the cutting of the hair, for me, I only trim my ends when I have split ends. I don't really know about the cutting and growing evenly tho

Maybe someone else can help you with that.

Thanks ch. I was just wondering if I should use the aphogee again. I used it last week and it didn't seem to help much. I will try using it again in 3 weeks and see what happens.

Hiya Um

If I am really having a problem with my hair this is what i do:

Aphoghee week 1
Keraphix week 2 and 4
Aphoghee week 5

The other night i used the hollywood olive oil cholesterol (left that in my hair for like 30 mins), than i used the keracare humecto/mizani moisturfuse and left that in for about 30 mins as well. It was a lazy day for me

. So try that at least once a week and see if it helps.

Thanks again CH. There is a beauty supply a little ways aay that carries Nexxus products, and I have some cholesterol here. I told myself no more hair products for a while, but this is an emergency, right? Actually I do have a small sample of Keraphix but no way is that little thing gonna cover all this hair!

Anytime Um... try the sample pack first if you never tried it b4r. I don't want u to waste ur hardearned on a product that u might not like. It's about $15 i think.
