Aphogee 2 Min w/ Heat???

Does anyone use the Aphogee 2 Minute Keratin Reconstructor with heat? I'm too scared to use the heavy duty stuff plus my hair doesn't need it. So I was wondering if I applied the Aphogee 2 min and sat under the dryer for 15-20 minutes or so, would it provide me with that extra kick I am looking for?

I do it. I never get an ill outcome when I use this protien conditioner with heat, it seems to work better for my hair when I do use it with heat.

I used it today under the dryer for about five minutes. My hair came out fine. I picked this one because it wasn't super strong protein. You'll be fine.

What about on dry hair as a prepoo so I don't have to keep getting in and out of the shower????

I have used this and put some deep conditioner on top. I then sat under the dryer for 30 mins. My hair love this treatment.
