I've used the Clairol in Blue/Black. Some lady at Sally's told me that if you want the deepest, richest black, you should go for a blue/black.
just wanted to add: please be sure you are absolutely positive you want to do this. because once you go black...it's quite hard to go back. yes, that was corny. :giggle:
 
Consumer reports rated Texture & Tones the best box hair dye. But I don't know if they actually tested Creme of Nature or not.

OH!! Dita Von Teese, who has insanely rich black hair and is a natural blonde uses clairol's nice n' easy. People seem to love Bigen.

I'm not making things better, am I?
