Anyone heard of this hair vitamin

Has anyone heard of the Vitality Internatiional Company? They sale vitamins called Beauty & Healthy. Another product that you put on your scalp is called Advanced Hair Nutrition.

The hair vitamins are very, very expensive. I am so desperate for hair growth I will try but I wanted to know if anyone has used it.

i've never heard of this brand. i've had moderate success with vitamins, but i really believe they can only help so much. so i'm curious... how are you caring for your hair on a regular basis?

do you mean individual braids? if so, how do you care for them? have they helped you accumulate much length? this is a great protective style. i've had the most success while in braids, particularly when i first started growing my hair. how long have you been wearing them?

I got just my hair braided going back (on the scalp), I just got it done. I have a braid spray I spray on it everyday.
Have you seen http://www.growafrohairlong.com/ , what do you think? I am thinking about that method.
