HAS ANYONE EVER TAKEN GNC\'S VITALITY PAK??
Im trying to get all of the vitamins needed for hair growth without taking a ton of pills a day. I currently take the GNC Ultranourishair which as been great but I wanted to add something to it. This Vita Pak that they have or the Womens Ultra Mega Beauty and Vitality Program pak sounds interesting. It would give me some extra biotin and other ingredients. Has anyone ever tried any of these? What were your results if so? Is this something you drink? and if so with what?
