Anyone experienced in mixing Colorshines for different colors?

I just purchased Colorshine in neutral brown. In the bottle it looks black. At the salon they always mix colors for lighter shades of brown. Anyone know what colors I may need or how to do it?

This used to be a staple of mine. It looks very dark in the bottle, but it's dark brown.
