I shake it up very well as it says to do on the bottle and I only use a small amount. However it when I rub my hands together before putting it on my ends, it leaves my hands streaked white and my hair too! My the time I rub it in to the point of absorption in my hair, my hair no longer has curl.

Has anyone had a similar experience with it? What are some other great (if not better) moisturizers with no protein and water as the first ingredient?

Thanks!

Well I know what u mean about her moisturizer it is pretty thick. I finished my last bottle about a year ago and now I use different products. I uses Profectiv mega growth and qp elasta mango butter.

I agree that it is very thick. Have you tried NTM? Its not as thick and it absorbs into the hair easily. I also like mango butter but I think it has a little protein in it.

Im loving The Jane Carter solutions Hair Nourishing Cream right now. This stuff has my hair feeling sooooo soft I cant stop touching it. :yep::yep: You can get this from whole foods or the vitamin shoppe.
