I moisturize my ends (dry hair) with Aveda Universal Styling Creme and then seal with their Brilliant Emollient Finishing Gloss.

I LOVE this combo...it's better than any other moisturizer/oil combo I've ever tried.

Anbody else use serums or glosses in the place of oils to seal?

Yes, I do. When I wear my hair down, I seal my leave-in (Giovanni Direct) with Proclaim serum, because it does not weigh my hair down like even a dime-sized amount of oil can do.

Yup! Actually, I just started sealing with Aveda Brilliant Emollient Gloss after moisturizing with QP Mango Butter. I only use it if I'm wearing my hair down. If it's up, I seal with castor oil.

I have some Redken Heat Glide I do not like on dry hair, weighs hair down. . . wonder if I can use it to seal. I know it is a heat protectant, I have to experiment and see. . .:yep:
