Anybody hate co-washing??

I use HairOne a few times a week because I found co-washing with VO5 was not making it on my hair (love the smell, though!). I shampoo about once a week to every other week after a DC on dry hair. Good luck, pattyr5...keep us posted.

Dry hair normally isn't stringy or limp. Usually over-moisturized hair is. Have you done a protein treatment? If you haven't I would try a light one. I prefer homemade protein treatments with egg yolk, mayo, etc. But I only do it as needed, not on a once a month basis or anything scheduled. And I always deep condition after I use protein.
We are going to get to the bottom of your hair issue miss!

Oh wow, I didn't consider this. I have done protein treatments in the past but I have been slacking off lately. I was using Aphogee to combat a disaster from a color job that I had professionally done but I was told not to go over board with them so I cut back. Now is a deep conditioning treatment needed after a protein?? Oh can I just rinse, use regular conditioner and a leave in???
