Just out of Curiosty anybody Doing Avyurvedic hair care while using other growth aids?

i'm using spirulina, msm, biosil, fish oil & n-ac
but i'm ralso using those supplements for health purposes
and moist, stronger hair since i color

Yes, I'm using Mega-Tek, and ayurvedics at the same time (sitting here with henna in my hair right now) and I'm LOVING it....

yea, im using vitamins, mn and mtg while using alma oil, vatika oil, and shakaki bar. im gonna try the powders

I'm taking my vits. Also, I'm using MTG mixed with Amla Gold and MN w/Vatika Oil added. I'll probably try some of my Ayurvedic powders after I remove my twists.

same here: i'm on Ayurvedic: rinse & oils: also ayurvedic shampoo/soap bars, also taking Fast Grow Hair Vitamins. I love the results: i just wish I knew how to properly care for the texture and new strength. Also, I'm taking prescription drugs: so i feel like my hair is shedding more
