any suggestions???

I wash my braid extensions weekly and this has helped greatly with growth. I have realized though washing my braids with shampoo weekly is not necessary especially during the winter months.I think I would benefit from washing with shampoo one week and rinsing my hair the next.Any suggestions on things I can add to the rinse? I am clueless! /images/graemlins/confused.gif Thanks in advance

Well I don't have any earth shattering suggestions but I do a conditioner wash with Keracare Moisturizing Conditioner once a week and then shampoo for the second wash. Actually when the Keracare runs out I intend to use up some Mane N Tail Conditioner I've had for quite a while.

I usually shampoo my scalp with braid shampoo and follow with a conditioner wash. I'm looking for something quick to do the following week to at least lightly cleanse the scalp and stimulate some growth. I used to use ORS herbal cleanse, but I'm really not feeling that, especially the smell! /images/graemlins/shocked.gif
