Sometimes I use the moisture milk for co-washes and detangling, like it and love the smell.

i alternate between VO5 strawberries and creme and suave tropical coconut for cowashing...i really love my VO5! i also tried the tea therapy kind and liked it; kiwi lime squeeze was ok. s&c will always be a staple for me when i am cowashing.
if i were going to use heat...i would just DC with something thicker, more than likely kenra mc, before straightening.

Conclusion: I am just going to rinse with water and then use a good leave in conditioner(Giovanni and qhemet seem to do the job), thanks Priestess. I'm too poor to do the co wash all the time..however it is very important that I buy a good deep conditioner.
You're welcome dear. The right conditioner can do a world of good.
