Any relaxed kadies doing th LOC/LCO method??

Hey guys, who is doing the LOC/ LCO method, and what are you using???

Yes I do LCO method. I use it mostly when I air dry using water (just a spray bottle with plain water) as my liquid, Silk Dreams Wheat Germ Conditioner for my Cream and a ceramide blend oil for my Oil. Works very well for me.

I do - out of the shower I have water on my hair for L, ricebran oil over top for O, Beauty without cruelty leave in conditioner for C, and Gleau oil blend over top for another O..I do LOCO I'm stingy with all of my products.

I the LCO method especially during the cold winter months.

After washing hair:
L = Water from washing my hair
C = Donna Marie Super Buttercream or Qhemet Biologics Amla and Olive Heavy Cream
O = Olive, Coconut, Avocado oil mixture

On dry hair:
L = Hair Tea Spritz
C = Same as above
O = Same as above

L- Water
O-Wheatgerm/Vitamin E/Homemade Oil Blend
C-African Pride Miracle grow Leave-in/ Pearl Collection Olive oil Conditioner very minimal.

L- either a hair milk or a thick liquid
O- SSI defrizzer or my coconut oil mix
C- a creamy butter; right now Beautiful textures moisture butter
P- Oyin burnt sugar pomade to seal my ends
