Hey, I only take a multivitamin. But it's rumored that I eat a very balanced diet. Right now I am on a detox so I am not taking anything. When I get back into the swing of things I will begin taking for overall health:

Multivitamin
Calicum 500+D
Vitamin C 1000
Vitamin E 1000
B Complex & C

I have been watching Mr. Iraq (boyfriend) and he takes so many other vitamins and he is very healthy. I said to myself, what's the point of having healthy hair if the rest of me (especially my insides) looks like crap. So I am going to dope up too!
