If you are like me and dont wanna pay $20 online but absolutely suck at doing it yourself try this: buy a lined shirt and marking it yourself.
Go to walmart or whatever cheap store and look for a t shirt with lines at least 1 inch apart. If you are bad at measuring go grab a ruler out of the stationary department.
Get a permanent marker start numbering the back where you want. Way cheaper than ordering one online and better if you just suck at arts and crafts and your lines are more diagnal than horizontal like my attempt was
